About the Series
“High Strangeness in the UK begins by exploring the mysterious, the hidden, the uncanny, and the unexplained experiences that linger just beneath the surface of our everyday lives.”
This new series from film producer Gladys San Juan will consist of 6–8 episodes. The first few episodes will be released as bonus episodes on the ASSAP Seriously Strange Podcast to build awareness. Future episodes (from 2 or 3 onwards) will also be available on their own dedicated channel.
First Episode Highlights
The debut episode is a perfectly bite-sized 16 minutes — ideal for your commute or a quiet listen at home.
Gladys brings her signature style and warm Cuban-Miami vibe to the paranormal, exploring liminal spaces, the subtle strangeness of places, and stories recorded on location. This first episode focuses on Highgate and Queen’s Wood.
With her distinctive monologue delivery, Gladys blends history, atmosphere, and personal reflection — setting the tone for what promises to be a compelling new addition to paranormal podcasting.
This stems from the commitment to scale up production and content in 2026, marrying a call to those who wish to step up. Publishing in journals and magazines, people consume information through new means, such as podcasts. Effectively audio and visual content on demand. Gladys San Juan was one of the first to answer the call. Through coaching, advice and support, ASSAP is proud to host and promote new voices.
