1. Receiving Your Invite

As a member, you are manually added to our members' mailing list. When an event is scheduled, you will receive an official invitation via email. This email is your primary source for:

• The Direct Link: Simply click the link provided in the email just before 7:00 PM (UK Time) to enter the waiting room.
• Meeting ID & Passcode: If you prefer to join manually, these details are included at the bottom of every invite.
• Note: You can also find reminders and event details across our official ASSAP social media channels.

2. How to Join

You do not need to install the Zoom software to participate, though it is often the most stable experience.

3. Housekeeping

To maintain a professional and safe environment:

• Members-Only: These events are strictly for ASSAP members. Please do not share the invite link.
• Identify Yourself: For your comfort and security, please ensure your Zoom display name is set to your full real name (e.g., “Harry Potter”) as registered with ASSAP.
